What is RDMS in SQL in English and Hindi

RDMS in SQL in English

The software used to store, manage, query, and retrieve data stored in a relational database is called a relational database management system (RDBMS). The RDBMS provides an interface between users and applications and the database, as well as administrative functions for managing data storage, access, and performance.

Let's say we have a company that needs to keep track of their employees, departments, and projects. We can create three tables to store this information:

1-Employees table:

In this table, we have columns for EmployeeID, FirstName, LastName, Email, and DepartmentID. The EmployeeID column is the primary key for this table, which means that it uniquely identifies each employee. The DepartmentID column is a foreign key that references the Departments table.
2-Departments table:
In this table, we have columns for DepartmentID and DepartmentName. The DepartmentID column is the primary key for this table, which means that it uniquely identifies each department.
3-Projects table:

In this table, we have columns for ProjectID, ProjectName, and DepartmentID. The ProjectID column is the primary key for this table, which means that it uniquely identifies each project. The DepartmentID column is a foreign key that references the Departments table.
Using these tables, we can perform various operations such as inserting data, updating data, and querying data. For example, we can insert a new employee into the Employees table:
This statement inserts a new employee with EmployeeID 1, first name "John", last name "Doe", email "johndoe@example.com", and department ID 1.
We can also query data from these tables, for example, we can retrieve all employees who work in the Marketing department:
This statement selects all columns from the Employees table where the DepartmentID is equal to 2 (which corresponds to the Marketing department).

These are just a few examples of how an RDBMS can be implemented using SQL. RDBMSs are a powerful way to store and manage data, and SQL is a powerful language for interacting with relational databases.

RDMS in SQL in Hindi

RDBMS ka matlab hai Relational Database Management System. Ye ek software system hota hai jisse hum relational databases ko create, manage, aur maintain kar sakte hai. Relational databases mai data ko tables ke form mai organize kiya jata hai, jaha ek table ka data dusre tables se related hota hai. Is tarah ke databases mai data ko efficient tarike se store aur retrieve kiya jata hai.

RDBMS mai data ko organized aur structured rakha jata hai. Data ko tables mai store kiya jata hai, jaha har table ek specific topic se related data ko store karta hai. Tables mai columns aur rows hoti hai, jaha columns specific data type ko represent karte hai aur rows actual data ko represent karte hai. Tables ke beech mai relationships hoti hai, jisse data ko easily access aur retrieve kiya ja sakta hai.

RDBMS ke examples mai MySQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, aur PostgreSQL shamil hai. Ye sabhi popular RDBMS hai jo kisi bhi size ke organization ke liye data management aur storage provide karte hai.
Maan lijiye humare paas ek company hai jisko apne employees, departments, aur projects ko track karna hai. Hum iske liye teen tables create kar sakte hai:
1-Employees table:
Is table mai hum EmployeeID, FirstName, LastName, Email, aur DepartmentID ke columns rakhte hai. EmployeeID column table ka primary key hai, jisse har employee ko uniquely identify kiya jata hai. DepartmentID column Departments table ko reference karta hai.
2-Departments table:
Is table mai hum DepartmentID aur DepartmentName ke columns rakhte hai. DepartmentID column table ka primary key hai, jisse har department ko uniquely identify kiya jata hai.
3-Projects table:
Is table mai hum ProjectID, ProjectName, aur DepartmentID ke columns rakhte hai. ProjectID column table ka primary key hai, jisse har project ko uniquely identify kiya jata hai. DepartmentID column Departments table ko reference karta hai.
In tables ko use karke hum various operations jaise ki inserting data, updating data, aur querying data kar sakte hai. For example, hum Employees table mai ek naya employee insert kar sakte hai:
Is statement se hum Employees table mai ek naya employee insert kar rahe hai jiska EmployeeID 1 hai, first name "John", last name "Doe", email "johndoe@example.com", aur department ID 1 hai.
Hum in tables se data ko query bhi kar sakte hai, jaise ki hum Marketing department mai kaam karne wale sabhi employees ko retrieve kar sakte hai:
Is statement se hum Employees table se saare columns select kar rahe hai jaha DepartmentID 2 hai (jo Marketing department ko represent karta hai).
Ye sirf kuch examples hai RDBMS aur SQL ke use karne ke liye. RDBMS ek powerful tarika hai data ko store aur manage karne ke liye, aur SQL relational databases ke saath interact karne ke liye powerful language hai.
